Modernised a large Angular codebase and led development of two React Native apps — both now live on the App Store and Play Store.
Built fullstack features for an EV charger management platform and established frontend standards across the team. Angular, C#/.NET, SQL.
Restructured an Angular component library from single to multiple entry points, reducing bundle sizes and improving scalability for all consumers.
Built a web interface for LEGO GI allowing non-technical staff to manage network devices. Refactored a React monorepo and introduced Cypress E2E tests and Sentry error monitoring.
Led frontend strategy across 10 squads in the Anti Money Laundering tribe. Managed 8 frontend engineers and drove quality, performance, and scalability across 15 frontends.
Managed a team of 8 developers building anti-financial-crime solutions. Led a 3rd-party vendor integration end-to-end: standing up a test team, defining automated test requirements, and owning the release approval process.
Led frontend development of a warehouse management system, built fullstack features in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL, trained the team in frontend technologies, and ran agile ceremonies as Scrum Master.
